CUALES SON LAS NORMAS QUE RIGEN A LAS EMPRESA PARA LA PROTECCION DEL MEDIO AMBIENTE Y QUE NORMATIVIDAD TIENEN??? MUCHAS GRACIAS

La normatividad ambiental es bastante extensa y para definir a cada empresa cuales normas le aplican es necesario conocer muy bien las caracteristicas de la empresa. Las normas más comunes son la de vertimientos: Resolución 1074/97, la de emisiones Resolución 1208/05, pero su aplicación depende del tipo de empresa.

Buenas tardes Necesito saber si las inspecciones de medio ambiente que se deben hacer en una empresa, requieren seguir un formato standar ó el formato que se debe diligenciar tiene unos requerimientos predeterminados de uso obligatorio? Ademas de esto quiero ver si ustedes me pueden colaborar con un formato modelo o donde lo puedo conseguir para guiarme? Mil gracias, por cualquier información que me puedan brindar...
