·   La Secretaría Distrital de Ambiente, es la entidad encargada, en Bogotá, de orientar y liderar la formulación de políticas ambientales y de aprovechamiento sostenible de los recursos ambientales y del suelo, tendientes a preservar la diversidad e integridad del ambiente, el manejo y aprovechamiento sostenible de los recursos naturales distritales y la conservación del sistema de áreas protegidas, para garantizar una relación adecuada entre la población y el entorno ambiental y crear las condiciones que garanticen los derechos fundamentales y colectivos relacionados con el medio ambiente.

Buenas tardes,este la pregunta es.Existe alguna regulaciòn en el funcionamiento de pequeñas empresas dedicadas a la industria del calzado y cuyas instalaciones estan ubicacdas en zonas residenciales,ocacionando lo primero el ruido de las maquinarias que utilizan,los liquidios que alli usan para el pegamento y cuyos OLORES EMANADOS SON TAN FUERTES que al vecindario inpregna estos olores lo cual fastidian y producen irritaciones a los ojos como al olfato,por consiguiente tambien en las horas que se tiene para el descanso com en las horas de las comidas como tambien en la horas del dormir,lo cual es dificil por todo esto mencionado.Muchas gracias.

Respetados señores, he encontrado en esta pagina, una pregunya muy parecida a la que quiero hacerles. ¿de que manera o que ley se puede citar para lograr que una microempresa de guata que fue instalada al lado de mi casa no trabaje en horas de la noche, pues tenemos esta problematica desde hace ya 6 meses y no ha habido poder humano que nos ayude, hemos acudido a la alcaldia, a la policia y hasta ahora no sabemos con quien encontrar ayuda para volver a tener una sueño tranquilo. gracias Luz Stella
